Store operator and scope

This online store is operated by Treads Tire and Wheel LLC, referred to as “Treads,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

These Terms govern purchases from our online store and use of its services. Our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of the purchase terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Installation, diagnostics, repairs, labor, and other shop services are governed by separate estimates, authorizations, and service agreements.

Orders and payment

You must provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information and be legally authorized to make the purchase.

Submitting an order and receiving an automated confirmation acknowledge receipt of your order; they do not guarantee availability or acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment issues, legal restrictions, or material listing errors.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled merchandise and associated charges. We will not increase your purchase price without your agreement.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Product descriptions and condition

We aim to describe products accurately. Review each listing for condition, specifications, included components, testing, warranty information, and return eligibility.

Photographs may show the actual item or representative merchandise, as identified in the listing. Minor differences in screen color do not necessarily indicate a product discrepancy.

Used, vintage, salvage, and barn-find merchandise may show wear, corrosion, scratches, previous repairs, or other disclosed conditions. Testing is limited to what the listing expressly states.

Fitment, installation, and lawful use

Verify vehicle details, part numbers, dimensions, load ratings, and compatibility before ordering or installation. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification.

Products must be installed and used according to applicable instructions, safety requirements, and law. Performance or off-road products may have restrictions on street use or emissions compliance. We do not represent a product as legal for every vehicle or jurisdiction unless expressly stated.

Customer selection errors are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. This provision does not excuse incorrect merchandise or materially inaccurate information supplied by Treads.

Returns, cancellations, and warranties

Eligible new-merchandise return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery or local pickup. Approved change-of-mind or customer ordering-error returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus applicable shipping deductions, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Used merchandise and other disclosed final-sale products have restricted voluntary return eligibility. These restrictions do not eliminate rights provided by applicable law.

Manufacturer warranties, when provided, are governed by their written terms. Any Treads warranty must be expressly identified in writing.

WHERE EXPRESSLY DISCLOSED IN THE PRODUCT LISTING AND PERMITTED BY LAW, USED MERCHANDISE IS SOLD “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS,” WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

This disclaimer does not override express representations, applicable written warranties, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Website use and intellectual property

You may not use this store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious software, or interference with its operation.

Treads branding, original graphics, photographs, and written content may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their services and transactions are governed by their own terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Treads is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a purchase or use of this website.

This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, applicable warranty obligations, or other liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Disputes and applicable law

Please contact us first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve an issue. This request does not restrict your legal rights or payment-dispute rights.

These Terms are governed by Texas law, except where mandatory federal law or protections applicable in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Changes and contact

The purchase terms disclosed when an order is placed govern that order. Later changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove existing rights.
